Variant Chess (ISSN 0958-8248, 1990-2010)

All issues of Variant Chess are available for download here either as separate issues (up to 5 megabytes each) or as a single composite file searchable as a whole (110 megabytes). Issue 64 contained 72 pages, and is downloadable in four sections. The list of contents is on the front page of issues 1-44 (volumes 1-6) and on the back page of issues 45-64 (volumes 7-8). There is an index to each volume towards the end of the last issue of the volume. Each issue or section is in PDF format, and opens in a new window.

Please note that these files were obtained from printed copies by scanning followed by optical character recognition. Defects in the original printed copies may therefore result in occasional words or characters not being recognised by search programs.
